Sunday morning, left Albuquerque heading West on Route 66. First stop, Laguna, NM, and the first purchase of the day “Kool-Aid Dill Pickle” . Very interesting, very sour and no one thought it was sweet at all.
Our Route 66 adventure is about to begin. We will meet Darrell and Sandy Downey in Tucumcari, NM on Friday, May 14th and then our journey travels west on Route 66.
